We are looking for Construction General laborers to join our team. We're seeking individuals who love working outdoors, trying new tasks and learning new skills.

- Has experience operating equipment (i.e. back-pack blowers and shovels).
- Finds it rewarding working within a team to accomplish a common goal.
- Is task-oriented and dependable.
- loves to collaborate with a team on an end goal, but enjoys working autonomously to execute their part.
- Has a Class 5 License or better.

**The Role**:
*This is an on-call position with opportunity for full time year round employment. Occasional overnight and daytime shifts are currently available.*

**Duties include**:

- Sweeping/cleaning parking lots, installing drive ways, grading gravel pads, excavation.
- Operate equipment including: backpack blowers, masonry saws, compactors.
- Irrigating work areas, clearing brush.
- Equipment maintenance and organization.
