**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for creating a culture of safety among coworkers
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, project owners and subcontractors
- Ensure the safe execution of construction activities with adherence to the engineered drawings and specification, while producing a quality end-product
- Ensure projects are completed to specified quality standards
- Maintain records in accordance with company policies
- Represent Threeosix in a positive and professional manner
- Working from elevated work platform or scissor life equipment
- Working connecting structural steel and module components bolt-up
- Hoisting structural steel and components into position with cranes and overhead cranes or other equipment
- Rigging with slings, come-a-longs, tirfors and chain falls
- Reading and interpreting assembly drawings
- Following company safety procedures and safe work practices
- Completing individual daily hazard assessments
- Using grinders and other powered hand tools in a safe manner
- Use of compressed gases for fabrication and welding
- Completion of cut sheet quality documentation

**Requirements**:

- Journeyman: Journeyman Trade Certification and/or equivalent technical diploma
- Apprentice: Iron-working experience, minimum 2-4 years
- WHMIS 2015; Fall Protection and CSTS2020 considered an asset
- Follow all applicable safety regulations
- Construction knowledge
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to solve arithmetic problems quickly and accurately
- Physical stamina
- Attention to detail
