The Assistant General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the property including delivering legendary guest experiences by creating "I-can't-believe-they-did-that" moments, providing "the best place to work" for our team members and to manage their property in accordance to Canalta's values, policies and procedures. What our requirements are: - Five years experience in hospitality or customer service - Two years of management and leadership experience - Excellent customer service skills - Excellent communication skills - Excellent organizational skills - Excellent time management skills - Excellent computer skills and experience in using Office 365 - Willingness to work overtime, irregular hours and holidays - Willingness to travel for meetings and training opportunities - Ability to work calmly under pressure
