Alberta Honda is looking for an **Appointment Coordinator (P/T)** to join our team. Our group is dedicated to provide top notch customer service. We’re always growing, because of which, we’re looking to bolster our Service roster and exceptional Service team.

**Requirements**:

- Prior service and customers relations experience is a must.
- Previous dealership appointment coordinator experience an asset.
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Duties will include:

- Answering phone calls
- Making outbound appointment phone calls
- Cashing out customers
- Booking Appointments
- Assisting customers, etc
- Writing express work orders

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
