**Job Type**: Permanent, Full-time
**Hours (Afternoons)**: 6:00pm - 3:00am (flexibility as needed), Monday - Friday, Weekends as needed
**Work Location**: Onsite (Milton, ON)
**Hourly Rate**: $25.87
**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Execute the Warehouse Management System (WMS) with accuracy and discipline.
- Complete timely and precise inventory accounting.
- Participate in scheduled inventory counts, ensuring accuracy; deviations reported to the Inventory Coordinator.
- Immediately escalate any system issues to the Inventory team.
- Monitor and care for equipment used in data collection to minimize damage and downtime.
- Pick packaging accurately according to daily requirements (AM picks for PM production, PM picks for AM production).
- Put away finished goods in the freezer, documenting identification and location accurately.
- Return and document leftover packaging.
- Put away and pull partial pallets for packaging as required.
- Communicate with Shift Leaders to stage materials, ensuring constant flow of production with mínimal interruptions.
- Maintain all necessary skills, certifications, and training to provide safe and efficient service.
- Participate in re-familiarization and/or recertification as required, including safe equipment operation and safety inspections.
- Support production management and employees when needed, contributing to cross-functional teamwork.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, using 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
- Other tasks as assigned.

**What We're Looking For**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of Forklift Operator experience, specifically Crown High Reach and Counterbalance.
- Valid Crown High Reach Forklift License.
- Valid certifications for all lift vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative work style.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Dessert Manufacturing Facility or Bakery experience.
- Strong BRC (or similar GFSI) knowledge or experience.
- Strong knowledge of WHMIS, Chemical Handling, HACCP, GMP, OHSA and regulatory requirements.
