Hello,

We are looking for new team members to join the Kind Hearted Family. We are a company that loves to work hard and have fun We are currently seeking cleaners to service both our Residential and Janitorial Clients.

If you love variety and being challenged this is the role for you. You will find yourself on movie sets, oceanside homes or working in the halls of one of our many condominium buildings. Every day offers something new and the opportunity to work in pairs, teams or solo.

Your Responsibilities will include:
*Performing cleaning tasks according to KHC standards and guidelines. In your role you will be providing Move In/Move Out cleans, re-occurring services, Air BnB cleans, janitorial services and Post Construction cleans.

*Demonstrate excellent customer service skills while interacting with clients.

*Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes.

*Excellent attention to detail.

*Excel working both individually and with a team.

We strive to provide a supportive and challenging space for all of us to grow and develop into our best selves. We have flexible scheduling and can offer anything from 10-20 hours a week.

We provide start up caddies for all of our cleaners as well as all equipment. We have clients scattered around the Greater Victoria region and therefore our cleaners must be open to traveling as far as Langford and Sydney. You must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.

You will be hired as a Contractor at KHC with hourly pay starting from $21.50/hr - $23.50/per hour with a potential pay raise after 3 months to $25.00 per/hour. This rate varies depending on the jobs you are assigned.

Most of your jobs are scheduled between 9:00am and 5:00pm during weekdays therefore most of your availability must be during this time.
