They are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the adoption of their Neo-Pure system across the Americas and other global markets.

**What You’ll Do**

As Sales Manager, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to close high-value Neo-Pure system sales. Key responsibilities include:

- Generating and qualifying leads through research, networking, and industry events.
- Driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential customers.
- Developing strong financial business cases to demonstrate the ROI of Neo-Pure.
- Leading negotiations and closing deals with major food processors.
- Collaborating with internal teams (Science, Engineering) to address customer inquiries.
- Delivering compelling product demonstrations in-person and virtually.
- Tracking sales activities and market trends in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:
**What We're Looking For**
- 5+ years of sales experience in the food industry (required).
- Experience selling technical or industrial equipment (preferred).
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value sales.
- Strong technical acumen—able to understand and communicate food safety technology.
- Strong business acumen—skilled in developing and presenting compelling business cases, including financial ROI analysis.
- Hunter-style sales mindset—self-motivated, results-driven, and influential.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for sales reporting.
- Valid passport and driver’s license (required).
- Willingness to travel (50%+), including internationally.
