We are seeking a part-time Host/Hostess to join our team at Dark Horse Estate Winery in Grand Bend. Perfect for someone looking for part-time weekend hours, evening shifts Thurs / Fri / Sat.

In this role, you will play a vital part in creating memorable experiences for our guests while embodying our commitment to hospitality and excellence.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the winery.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide information about the winery's restaurant / offerings and events.
- Assist with serving food and beverages as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold high standards of customer service at all times

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
