**Crew Leader - Spray Painter**

**YOU MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE, CLEAN DRIVING ABSTRACT, AND A RELIABLE VEHICLE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.**

We are an exciting and quickly growing company and we need a talented individual who can catch our vision and play an active role in our growth. We're unlike other painting contractors in that we specialize in providing one particular type of paint job - spray painting siding Our constantly developing process provides a structure for all of our staff to have success and enjoyment at work.

**WE HAVE ENTRY-LEVEL POSITIONS AVAILABLE, TOO**

**The Crew Leader is responsible for**:

- managing the crew and taking primary responsibility for the final quality of the finished paint job.
- demonstrating skill, craftsmanship and strong work ethic as they complete the job according to We Paint Siding's processes.
- spray painting on the job while working with an assistant who helps manage and co-ordinate the crew.
- making sure the customer has received excellent service by ensuring the crew is on time, on budget, and remains professional throughout the entire job.
- is passionate, responsible, and organized.
- displays strong leadership.
- has a good personality.
- has excellent customer service skills.
- is capable of completing physical, outdoor work.

**Position Requirements**:

- Leadership role: 1 year
- Painting experience: 2 years +
- Spray-painting experience is an asset
- **Valid driver's license, clean driving abstract, and a reliable vehicle.**

**COMPANY VEHICLE PROVIDED UPON COMPLETION OF TRAINING.**

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
