**Intern, Early Careers - Canada (8 months)**

**What the day will look like**
As a member of this time, you will have the opportunity to:
- Engage in career event management and operations, including collaboration with inventory liaisons and shipping companies
- Participate in various development and training opportunities on a regular basis
- Support the Early Career, Campus Team in Canada on high campus recruitment seasons
- Support with other tasks and projects that may be assigned throughout the internship

The role is integral to supporting the Early Careers Recruiting strategy in Canada that focuses on seeking talent through campus connections and relationships with job seekers who are launching their careers, just like you
**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Experience in recruiting coordination, administrative tasks or any other relevant work experience
- Bilingual, French and English (written & spoken)
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business or any relevant program
- Must be a 3rd or 4th year student
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), an asset
To be successful in this role, you should already have or be working on the following skills:
- Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities
- Ability to “think outside of the box” and strategically approach problem resolution
- A history of meeting tight (sometimes multiple) deadlines
- A true desire to be proactive and persistent in your work
- Ability to use discretion and handle confidential, sensitive information
- Enjoy complex tasks and logístical challenges
- Strong time management skills that you can demonstrate in a quickly-changing landscape
