**Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter/Laborer to join our team. As a Painter/Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various painting and labor tasks to support our projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

**Duties**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of work areas
- Move and arrange furniture or equipment as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a painter or laborer in a similar role
- Knowledge of painting techniques and tools
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites if necessary
- Comfortable using and working from ladders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
