**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital marketing and eager to contribute to various marketing initiatives. The Marketing Assistant will support the execution of marketing campaigns, assist in content creation, and help analyze campaign performance to drive engagement and growth.

**Duties**
- 1. Support Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to promote M16 Security Services’ offerings.
- 2. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support marketing strategies.
- 3. Social Media Management: Monitor and manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement with followers.
- 5. CRM Database Management: Help maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) database by ensuring it is updated and organized.
- 6. Client Communications: Support the Marketing Manager in responding to client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining communication with potential leads.
- 7. Reporting and Analytics: Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to marketing campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- 8. Event Planning and Coordination: Help organize and execute company-sponsored events, trade shows, and client presentations.
- 9. Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales department to align marketing strategies with sales goals and provide relevant materials for presentations and client meetings.
- 10. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager, such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and coordinating internal communications.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Certificate program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus for web content updates.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
