**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Set up and operate various digital and offset printing machines, including large-format printers and press equipment.
- Monitor and adjust printing processes to achieve optimal print quality and color accuracy.
- Load and prepare printing materials, such as paper, vinyl, or other substrates, and ensure adequate ink or toner levels.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during print runs.

**EXPERIENCE**
- Proven experience as a Print Operator or a related role.
- Proficiency in operating various printing equipment, such as digital printers, offset presses, and large-format machines.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in the graphics, signage, or print industry is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of different printing materials and substrates.
- Professional certifications in printing or related fields.
- Familiarity with design software and file preparation for print production.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS **will include, but are not limited to:

- Regularly required to work on your feet for up to 8 hours per day, including long hours on your feet as you may be on your feet for up to 12 hours per day. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$32.00 per hour
