**Be our next Intermediate Laboratory Technician**

**Your work environment at EXP
**We have an immediate opening for an **Intermediate Laboratory Technician **to join our Materials Testing group in our Brampton, ON, office.

**What your experience looks like**
- Carrying out Marshall and Superpave tests within our Asphalt Laboratory.
- Ensuring laboratory equipment is maintained in good condition.
- Interacting with Materials and Geotechnical Engineers routinely.
- Operating computerized and digital testing equipment.
- Responsible for MTO and CCIL’s Correlation Program.
- Any other materials testing as assigned.

**What a day at EXP has in store for you**
- Minimum 2- 3 years' experience in Asphalt testing Laboratory in Ontario.
- Possess a current CCIL Certification for HMA Marshall and Superpave.
- Possess a current CCIL Certification for Aggregates.
- Experience with Marshall and Superpave Mix Designs.
- Strong focus on Health and Safety.
- Ability to work overtime in peak periods.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
