**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Grocery Manager in overseeing all aspects of the grocery department, including stocking, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of grocery clerks, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure shelves are consistently stocked, organized, and visually appealing, adhering to merchandising standards.
- Monitor product freshness and quality, rotating stock as needed to minimize waste.
- Assist with receiving and processing deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized department, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with scheduling, performance reviews, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.
- Support the Grocery Manager in achieving sales targets and profitability goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a grocery or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of grocery operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train, motivate, and develop a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of international food products is an asset.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
