You can work from home and be located anywhere in _North America._ **About the Role**: The Job Evaluation & Compensation Analyst, as a proficient level professional with well-defined experiences, is responsible for maintaining our Job Evaluation structure, and for supporting compensation programs for a diverse and global group of employees. The incumbent will focus on job evaluation and base pay structures, and will contribute to short-term incentive programs, sales commissions and bonus programs, and reward and recognition programs, aligned to our Total Rewards Strategy. The Job Evaluation & Compensation Analyst will partner closely with HR Business Partners to ensure consistency is applied to job evaluation practices, and will partner with stakeholders within HR, Finance, Sales, and Legal to bring our Total Rewards programs and strategy to life. **What you will do**: - Maintain the job evaluation methodology and audit business units as potential changes of job profiles are identified - Responsible for reviewing and editing draft job profiles from the business. Has a solid understanding of Job Evaluation and resulting Job Frameworks and can help leaders use common language in Job Profiles when describing roles at same level - Conduct analysis for required Job, Range, Level, Title updates - Actively contribute to related projects, such as evolving compensation structures, system requirements for tracking and reporting, job family skills definitions, profiles and leveling required as part of company or team re-organizations - Participate in the completion of Market Survey submissions, creation of salary ranges, Annual Salay Planning processes and Company Bonus program - Assist as required on Sales, Professional Services and Business Development Incentive Plans - Update and enhance pay policies as well as reward and recognition programs - Participate in and support Total Rewards projects as required **What we are looking for**: - Post-secondary degree in Human Resources (or related field) and 4+ years progressive HR experience - Minimum 2 years of experience focusing on job evaluation and compensation - Strong business acumen and customer service focus - Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high sense of urgency and an inventive approach to work through ambiguity and complex issues - Highly adaptable and able to pivot based on prioritization and needs of the business - Agile and resilient in managing multiple projects with multiple sources of information - A clear, concise, and professional communicator with the ability to present information and demonstrate knowledge to stakeholders at varying levels within the business - Exceptionally detail-oriented with a passion for Data **Role Specific Skills and experience**: - Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (Success Factors preferred) - Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, advanced formulas) and modeling with large and complex data sets - Advanced skills in in Microsoft Office - High degree of accuracy in providing information, working with figures and with employee records **What we have to offer**: - **Challenging Work - **We love solving highly complex problems.
