We are seeking **Warehouse Associate **for one of our client in **Kingston, ON**. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse. This includes receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing products, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting in shipping and logistics activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming shipments, verify their contents, and inspect for any damages or discrepancies.
- Unload and sort merchandise from delivery trucks and place it in the appropriate storage areas.
- Organize and maintain inventory by accurately labeling, tagging, and shelving products.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with the inventory management system.
- Fulfill customer orders by picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, to move and retrieve goods.
- Ensure that the warehouse is clean, organized, and free from safety hazards.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments for outbound transportation.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments, such as administration and customer service, to
- fulfill orders and resolve any issues or inquiries.
- Follow established procedures for handling, storing, and disposing

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a warehouse associate or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Location: Kingston, ON**
**Shift: Morning**
**Pay rate: $16.55**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.55 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kingston, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:
