**About Us**:
Recycling Worx Inc. is a family owned and operated waste and recycling company providing services in the non-hazardous solid waste collection, disposal, recycling and transportation In Calgary and Southern Alberta.

Reporting back to a head dispatcher, applicants must be able to drive a Class 5 vehicle with trailer experience.

**Employees that we are looking for**:

- Keep units clean and tidy and free from debris
- Ability to prioritize tasks and problem solve
- ability and willing to learn different trucks and trailers

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete a daily electronic truck log
- Pre and post trip inspections.
- Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures immediately
- Comply with all DOT, and all in-house Safety Procedures and practices
- Back into tight loading and unloading zones
- Complete online dispatch forms from personal smart phone.
- Fill out E-logs via Keep Trucking App accurately and meticulously
- Communicate with dispatch and clients on site professionally

**Responsibilities**:
Primarily responsible but not limited to hauling cable hoist 15-yard bins around Calgary and surrounding area. Daily driving routes consist of driving to construction sites, picking up full bins, dumping bins at transfer site/ yard facility and returning empty bin to site
- Required to climb on bins and tuck in debris if overflowing
- Required to clean debris out of overflowing bins if necessary
- Satisfying customer needs by completing tasks assigned by the dispatch manager
- Responsible for filling out pre and post trip inspections
- Required to follow and abide by all transportation laws

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 2+ years of driving experience in the roll off bin transportation industry
- Experience driving manual stick shift
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Grade 12 or equivalent GED
- Class 3 Drivers license but not necessary if applicable experience is there
- Able to climb a bin have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of the city and industry
- Class 3 drivers license considered an asset
- Clean Drivers abstract

**WORKING HOURS**

Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:00pm (avg.)

Possible work on Saturdays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Roll-Off Driving: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
