**About The Role**

Your role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities aimed at fostering a thriving and well-managed community. You'll serve as the frontline representative, engaging with residents and visitors through reception and inquiries. You'll assist the Assisted Living Manager with data handling, processing, and reporting. Coordinating resident moves and overseeing move-in and out procedures are key components of your role, and you will prepare essential occupancy documents while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with privacy legislation. Your multitasking capabilities shine as you manage general office duties, create various documents, and plan quarterly resident and team meetings. Collaborating with the Shannon Oaks Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing marketing plans and supporting community events. Additionally, you'll oversee new resident placements, handle financial matters, maintain records, and ensure health and safety protocols are upheld. Your dedication to building relationships extends to liaising with external parties, attending resident activities, and participating in various committees and meetings, all while promoting a culture of health and safety.

We provide long term care, assisted living, supportive housing, home support, and adult day programs in our communities in Kelowna, Vancouver, and Victoria. **Your Work Location**

Victoria is rated in the top twenty world cities for quality of life. Our Marrion Village community is located in the heart of beautiful Oak Bay on Bee Street, across from the Oak Bay Recreation Centre.

**What You Receive**

You will receive an hourly wage of $29.14, and upon completing your 3-month probationary period, you'll enjoy employer-paid dental and extended health benefits. Additionally, we offer 7% RRSP matching and an annual vacation entitlement of 4 weeks.
