Continental Store Fixture Group Inc. is a Canadian leader in the retail store fixture industry, and the head office is located in Surrey, British Columbia. The company has been around for over 50 years and is well established in our industry.
We service a variety of businesses, from those looking to renovate their store, to companies opening a chain of stores. At Continental, we can provide everything a small to mid-size retail company requires when it comes to retail shelving and mill work.

**Job Description: Purchasing Coordinator**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage vendor relationships and identify opportunities to improve vendor relationships.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
- Manage and forecast inventory levels within the company’s warehouse.
- Prepare cost estimates for new purchases Prepare cost estimates for new purchases using established purchasing methods, including but not limited to purchase orders, invoices, purchase orders requests, etc.
- Create Purchase Orders for our domestic and international vendors.
- Work with our Sales Teams to better understand demand projections.
- Work with our warehouse teams to prepare spot count and cycle count reports and investigate any discrepancies.
- Work with our freight forwarding company to approve overseas container shipments.
- Work with Receiving Team to ensure all product is properly received and reconciled.
- Prepare various purchasing and/or recieving related reports for management
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)

- purchasing: 1 year (preferred)
