We are seeking to hire a dedicated leader and someone who can empower others in support of our continual growth as **Manufacturing Bindery Supervisor (Afternoon/Night, 2:30pm-11:00pm)**, you will report to the VP of Operations.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of the Finishing department workflow, supplies, staffing, and compliance
- QC sign-off operations, and coordinate operational details
- Review and amend daily bindery schedule and staff appropriately to optimize output
- Maintain records, report on daily KPIs, provide feedback,
- Implement Lean manufacturing efficiency initiatives that lead to fulfilling timelines, improving costs, raising quality standards and minimizing wasteful practices
- Ensure cleanliness of shop and machines is maintained
- Develop and review SOP’s
- Work alongside HR to perform reviews, conduct meetings, and promote a high-functioning best practices culture
- Increase skills and competence of all departmental staff employees through the development of internal training program
- Be cooperative and promote inter-departmental assistance
- Remain approachable and show care for procedures, product and personnel at all times
**Skills**
- Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and business processes
- Able to identify key issues; creatively and strategically overcome internal challenges or obstacles
- A clear and solid understanding of personnel policies, practices, and procedures and other operational issues faced by the organization
- Passion to conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude
- High drive to succeed
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $48,000.00 per year
