**Summary**

We are seeking a Recreation Centre Supervisor to join our team. This role is vital in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests, contributing significantly to our mission of quality leisure services.
**Responsibilities**

**Greet and assist guests as they enter the recreation center.**
- Provide information about facilities, programs, and services available.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of recreational areas.
- Monitor activities to ensure safety and compliance with rules.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist in organizing recreational events and activities.
- Maintain equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences.
- **Qualifications**

**Proven customer service experience in a recreational or hospitality setting.**
- Minimum of 2 years Recreation experience.
- Post Secondary Education: Current enrollement or diploma or degree in Recreation or related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Standard First Aid CPR-C with AED
- Knowledge of recreational activities is a plus.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.50 per week
