**Job Description**:
As a Personal Support Worker (PSW) at Caresync, your primary responsibility will be to deliver personalized care to clients. This will involve assisting with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and other activities of daily living. Additionally, you will monitor clients' health and well-being, including taking vital signs and promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Your role will also encompass providing emotional support and companionship to clients, creating a comfortable and nurturing environment for their well-being.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Assist clients with daily activities, including eating, walking, and using the restroom.
- Monitor clients' health status, record vital signs, and promptly report any changes.
- Assist with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting a positive and caring environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the client's environment.
- Assist with documentation and reporting related to client care.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of a Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate program from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with the Ontario Personal Support Worker Registry.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Compassionate and dedicated to delivering high-quality care to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established protocols and procedures.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and transferring clients as required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is considered an asset.
