Commercial Inside Sales Consultant

**PRINCIPAL FOCUS**:
are located within Vistek Commercial Area and support the Toronto Retail store. Commercial inside Sales Consultants are also supported administratively by a Commercial Sales Coordinator that assist with bids, quotes, inventory acquisitions, reservations and order fulfillment.
**PRIMARY DUTIES**:
- Develops and maintains successful and profitable client relationships.
- Provides technical consultation on photography and video solutions to meet B2B client’s business needs making recommendations on specific products and accessories to address technical and business requirements.
- Support the Live Chat channel to response to customer queries and commercial orders
- Leverage the CRM and marketing opportunities to manage client relations and grow the client base of the B2B business at Vistek
- Use effective sales tools, and programs to share new products and technologies with existing and new clients.
- Responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle including sales to new and existing clients, price negotiation, pipeline management, training, and marketing support.
- Support the commercial sales team by analyzing market trends and competitor programs to provide insights for business development and customer value.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries
- Submit activity reports, as required.
- Assist with technical setup for events and client demonstrations.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Must be able to prospect, qualify, and close multiple opportunities in parallel, while maintaining ongoing business partner relationships.
- Education and/or experience in photography, videography or film fields is essential to success.
- Customer interactions and communications experience is required.
- Ability to meet sales quotas for each month, quarter and year
- Have 1+ years of successful B2B sales experience and client relationship management
- A degree in Marketing, Sales, Commerce or related fields is an asset
- In depth knowledge of photo and/or video products and industry
- Driver’s license is an asset.
- Bilingualism is an asset
