PRIMARY ASSIGNMENTS:

- Lead crew and manage resources for successful sewer and water service repairs and installations.
- Lead by example to ensure company policies, core values, and culture are consistently achieved.
- Conduct on-site coordination of manpower, materials, and equipment to complete the project efficiently.
- Communicate positive or constructive feedback to crews around residential performance goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction on all projects.
- Keep management informed of individual performance, tardiness, or incidents.
- Commit to high-quality repairs by reviewing post-installation inspections.
- Oversee and maintain an adequate inventory of materials and supplies.

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant sewer and water experience.
- Have an in-depth understanding of all aspects of underground infrastructure construction.
- Previous experience managing sewer and water projects and leading crews.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License with a clean abstract; reliable personal transportation.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Must be able to pass an Alcohol & Drug Test.
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions; 10 to 12-hour days.
- Understanding of and adherence to construction procedure and safety practices.
- Strong communication, including verbal and hand signals.
- Knowledge of proper lifting and transfer of heavy loads.
- Basic landscaping.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$60.00 per hour
