**About the Role**
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Client Relationship Manager** to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned territory by cultivating strong relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities to acquire new ones. You’ll work collaboratively with internal teams - including training, consulting, and product development - to deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs and business goals.
This is a full-time, permanent position based out of our **London, ON** office.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic client plans for assigned accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of each client’s business and safety objectives.
- Drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets within your territory.
- Strengthen and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals that align with client needs and highlight the value of OSG’s health and safety solutions.
- Represent OSG at key industry events and act as a brand ambassador.
- Share data, market insights, and client feedback to support strategic planning and innovation across teams.
- Stay informed on OSG’s evolving offerings, as well as industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Communicate new opportunities (e.g., products, services, potential clients) to internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate expertise in workplace safety and wellness, using sound judgment and risk management practices.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of B2B inside sales experience.
- Health and safety experience or education is considered an asset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- A client-focused mindset with a genuine desire to understand and meet client needs.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing pipelines, tracking interactions, and forecasting.
- Compassionate, professional approach to client service, including conflict resolution and de-escalation.
