**Starting Wage: $21-24 per hour**

Reports to: Production Supervisor

**Who are you?**
- We are looking for an individual with extremely high accuracy and attention to detail in all their work (includes picking orders, entering information into several online forms and using our ERP system, etc.)
- You must be a good communicator and willing to implement suggestions for improvement.
- You must be honest, thorough and reliable and have high quality standards for your work.
- You understand the importance of meeting internal and external customers' needs and take pride in your work.
- Exceptional attention to details.
- Organized and self-motivated, ability to work both independently and as a team
- Creative and resourceful, willing to learn Business Central as ERP.
- Must be able to lift 25lb boxes repeatedly throughout each day.

**Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)**:
**KRA # 1 Incoming Goods Receiving**
- Receive all incoming goods within 2 hrs and move to Incoming Quality Control (IQC) department
- Inspect boxes for damage and report back to courier
- Receive inventory parts, non-inventory and R&D items into Business Central
- Disperse non-inventory items to the requestor.
- Dispose all packing materials into the respective recycling bins
- Perform daily Finished Goods (FG) cycle count, investigate discrepancies and update quantities into Business Central

**KRA # 2 Picking and packing Orders**
- Receive order list from ERP system
- Pick items from Finished Goods (FG) shelf by correct part number while maintaining FIFO
- Pack items for shipments based on the packaging SOP
- Maintain inventory on shipping supplies
- Create purchase order into Business Central for ordering
- Improve labelling of shelves and parts in different production areas

**KRA # 3 Shipping Orders**
- Follow shipping SOPs for different types of shipment
- Prepare shipping documents, create waybill and make arrangements to ship orders to ensure customer expectations are met
- Prepare CERS and Commercial Invoices
- Notify Shipping/Receiving team and Order Entry team when shipments are late or cannot meet customer expectations
- Notify internal team when shipments are damaged or delayed due to custom clearance
- Liaise with our custom broker for enquires

**Relevant Education and Experience**:
Our products are known for their quality & reliability. As well, our Order Fulfillment department is known for their accuracy and care in the packages being shipped out. Our products are sold in a very competitive environment and the quality of your work and your attention to detail is of utmost importance.
- High school graduate with some technical post secondary training or experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years working as in shipper/Receiving position.
- Some knowledge in international shipping.
- Exceptional attention to details.
- Experience in Order Fulfillment and Receiving will be valued
- Experience in Customer Service or Quality Control valued
- Experience in Microsoft office products required
- Experience in material handling
- Experience using an ERP system (Preferably MS Business Central
- Some knowledge in cycle counting/validation process.
- Sone knowledge with 6S principles and Lean manufacturing environment
