We provide safe equipment & experienced leadership. These on-call roles involve overnight shifts and responding promptly to snow and ice events. **Responsibilities** - Operate wheel loader or Farm Tractor with snowwing to clear snow from roadways, parking lots and other designated areas. - Maintaining clean sites, ensuring no property damage during snow removal - Respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions. - Maintain communication with supervisors or dispatch to report road conditions, progress, and any issues encountered. - Work in challenging weather conditions, including cold temperatures, snowstorms, and potentially at night, to ensure timely snow removal. - Assist with equipment maintenance and repair under supervision of Fleet Manager - Provide professional service - Follow all health & safety regulations **Qualifications** - Minimum 5 years Loader/Farm Tractor experience - Valid G Driver's License with clean record is **required**: - Own transportation to shop (Town transportation may not be available/reliable) - Able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, early morning, early evening, be on call - Long shifts - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature - On-call availability - Cell phone data with data required Wage is **$20-$28 per hour** depending on experience. - All independently owned and operated franchised businesses operate under the service brands’ marks, trademarks, trade names, logos, emblems, slogans, or other indicia of origin in connection with The Grounds Guys® franchise system within a specified geographical area. Only the independently owned and operated franchised business shall have any interaction with or authority for its business and make all employment related decisions related to its franchised business.
