**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, consistency of inventory data.
- Establish and enforce inventory data quality standards, conducting regular audits and assessments.
- Manage the integration of inventory data from various sources and systems, ensuring seamless flow and consistency across systems.
- Collaborate with IT and vendor facing teams to implement and maintain data integration processes.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of customer data inside ERP, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Implement strategies to enhance the customer data process and improve the overall quality of customer information.
- Organization of customer data for useful extraction in marketing activities.
- Work closely with product teams to capture, manage, and organize product data, including specifications, pricing, imagery, sell sheets, and other relevant details.
- Organization and maintenance of product categories, compatibility guides, relationships, suggested substitutions, and usage.
- Ensure product data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
- Analyze competitive market landscape to develop benchmarks on data framework.
- Develop and maintain reports related to customer and product data.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with purchasing, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Work with IT and other relevant departments to integrate data management practices into various business processes.

**SKILLS THE CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
- Ideally 2 years of experience in a related inventory analyst, marketing, ERP administration or other related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with inventory management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**WORK ENVIORNMENT, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**
- **Type of Role**: Full-time permanent (40 hours)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
