**JOB PURPOSE**

**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**
- Key HR contact for all employees.
- Own delivery and administration of all HR transactions and documents and ensure quality of data.
- Support managers on Performance Management.
- Manage discipline and investigation process ensuring proper documentation.
- Manage grievance process and ensure proper documentation.
- Seek continuous improvement of current processes for increased efficiencies through digital solutions.
- Monitor employee climate and ensure actions are taken.
- Maintain, coordinate, monitor and report HR trends and issues.
- Administer the CBA effectively and fairly amongst all members.
- New Hire Orientation ownership and execution.
- Manage the Leave of Absence / Return to Work process to be aligned with local laws.
- Factory lead of interns program.
- Provide soft skills trainings to employees as needed.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**

**Experiences & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR or related field
- Solid experience in HR operations with a minimum of 3 years, preferably in a manufacturing environment, ideally Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality with employee information.
- Previous Union experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability and willingness to work off shifts as needed and have a schedule that provides support to night shift employees.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of internal/external contacts is required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
