A career as a digital writer in the Digital Writing team for informational sites at National Bank means acting as a web writing specialist, with excellent knowledge of SEO on informational sites. It is through your strong teamwork skills, your experience on the latest web trends and your strategic knowledge that you have a positive impact on the customer experience.

**Your job**:

- Review different content to ensure, in addition to the quality of the language, consistency and standardization of tone and messages to clients;
- Collaborate closely with project managers, content strategists, UX designers and webmasters to establish the process and timelines necessary for the delivery of content;
- Manage all stages of projects related to writing (legal editing, English translation or adaptation, linguistic review and quality control);
- Ensure compliance with editorial standards and contribute to a strong brand tone;
- Ensure that best practices in SEO copywriting, optimization, and accessibility are implemented and adhered to.

**Your team**:
Within the ECN (Digital Customer Experience) sector, you are part of a team of 8 colleagues in digital writing and you report to the Director of Digital Information Production.

**Prerequisite**:

- Bachelor's degree completed in French language, communication, journalism, marketing or other related fields and five (5) to six (6) years of relevant experience in digital writing;
- Experience in writing informational content and SEO writing;
- Excellent writing skills for digital products, including web pages and newsletters;
- Excellent knowledge of SEO copywriting and web accessibility guidelines and best practices.
