**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Grooming Expertise: Exhibit a high standard of dog and cat grooming skills for various breeds and coat types.
- Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients in a compassionate and caring manner.
- Appointment Management: Take responsibility for booking client appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling, and maintaining accurate records.
- Estimates: Provide clients with clear and detailed estimates for grooming services, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Attitude: Approach grooming tasks with a calm and enthusiastic demeanor, creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years grooming experience
- Proven experience as a dog and cat groomer with a strong portfolio of grooming work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
- Knowledge of various grooming techniques for different breeds.
- Ability to manage appointment schedules and provide accurate estimates.
- Able to groom both cats and dogs.
- Valid Grooming Course Certificate preferred.
