As we continue to grow, we are looking for a **Brand Manager** to elevate our brand presence, drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies and optimize our direct-to-consumer (DTC) and e-commerce channels.
**Brand Manager Job Description**:
As our **Brand Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating TuxMat’s brand presence. This position focuses on **brand strategy, positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) execution** to ensure the successful launch of new products while strengthening our connection with existing customers. You will use tools to derive **consumer insights, market research, and data analytics** to refine messaging, and storytelling across all channels.
This role will also play a key part in **optimizing our DTC and e-commerce presence**, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing customer engagement. You will work cross-functionally with performance marketing, creative, product development, and digital teams to drive a compelling and effective brand experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Develop and execute brand strategy**, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand narrative across all touchpoints.
- **Lead product positioning and messaging** for new product launches, ensuring differentiation in the market.
- **Create and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies** for new product launches, including timelines, and channel execution.
- **Leverage consumer insights and market research** to shape brand decisions, refine messaging, and optimize campaigns.
- **Own the storytelling and brand voice** across digital, social, and e-commerce platforms.
- **Collaborate with performance marketing team** to ensure brand alignment while driving sales and customer engagement.
- **Optimize DTC and e-commerce growth strategies**, working on conversion rate optimization (CRO), brand experience, and AOV improvements.
- **Track and analyze brand performance metrics**, using insights to iterate on strategies and improve brand awareness and loyalty.
**Qualifications**:
- **8+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or product marketing**, ideally within **DTC, e-commerce, or premium consumer goods** industries.
- Proven track record in **developing and executing brand strategy, GTM planning, and product launches**.
- Strong understanding of **consumer insights, market research, and competitive analysis**.
- Experience with **storytelling, content marketing, and brand-building initiatives**.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use **data and insights to drive brand decisions**.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with **creative, marketing, and product teams**.
- Experience in **e-commerce and digital marketing strategies**, including website UX, SEO, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Passion for automotive, premium lifestyle brands, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing.
