Each cup of our coffee impacts families of smallholder coffee farmers and takes important steps towards their independence and freedom.

Road Coffee was founded to connect coffee farmers and coffee drinkers, to empower coffee farmers, and create a more sustainable and economical supply chain.

As a Delivery Driver, you’re the final link in this story, making sure our values (and our coffee) arrive on time and with care.

Road Coffee was born out of bold decisions and meaningful connections. We bring you great coffee from a farmer's hand to your cup and invest it back in their land. We have a strong desire not only to roast and create amazing coffee, but to influence and innovate in an industry that has the opportunity to really impact farmers in developing countries. Through our BeyondFair program and our micro-financing program we are working towards ending predatory lending for coffee farmers and opening new markets to lift coffee farmers from the systemic unfairness that keeps them shackled to their current circumstances.

**Who You Are**

You’re independent, responsible, and take pride in getting the job done right. You thrive working solo, and are great at managing your time. You know how to be friendly and professional when you show up at the door. And most importantly, you believe in doing work that matters.

**What You’ll Do**
- Pick up orders from our Roastery and get them ready for delivery
- Follow efficient routes and manage your own schedule
- Deliver to wholesale partners, local customers, and pick-up locations
- Keep track of what was delivered, to whom, and note any customer feedback
- Update our team if anything unusual comes up
- Occasionally help with marketing materials or sample drop-offs
- Keep track of mileage and basic delivery info

**Requirements**:

- Available on Tuesdays and Fridays (hours vary by delivery load)
- Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License
- A reliable, insured vehicle with valid registration
- Be comfortable using mobile apps
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Good communication and a keen eye for detail
- A mindset that’s friendly, professional, and mission-aligned
