**Job Overview**:
As a Warehouse Processing Specialist with our fencing installation and repair contracting company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse activities. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills. The Warehouse Processing Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, and supporting the overall efficiency of our fencing projects.

**Responsibilities**:
Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of fencing materials and related supplies.
- Conduct regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering when necessary.

Order Processing:

- Receive and process incoming shipments of fencing materials and equipment.
- Verify the accuracy of received goods and update the inventory system accordingly.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.

Quality Control:

- Inspect incoming materials for quality and report any defects or issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a high standard of quality control in the warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction.

Documentation:

- Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and adjustments.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $22.80-$26.90 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
