**Duties include (but are not limited to)**:

- Responding and addressing any staff accommodation concerns
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heating, plumbing and electrical systems
- Ensure comprehensive preventative maintenance program is effectively implemented and maintained
- Painting, repairs, drywall, carpentry, yardwork as needed
- Ensure a safe work environment is maintained at all times with a commitment to working safely
- Assisting the Staff Housing Coordinator with various tasks, such as staff check-ins.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, communications skills and follow up skills
- Experience in preventative maintenance, energy management, fire safety, and health and safety
- Alberta Driver’s License or equivalent
- Clean drivers abstract.
- Computer knowledge required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
