We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Night Shift Distiller to join our team. As a Night Shift Distiller, you will be responsible for operating the still and bottling spirits to meet production targets during the night shift (10 PM - 3 AM). This position requires attention to detail, an understanding of the distillation process, and the ability to work independently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor the stills during the night shift to ensure consistent, high-quality production of alcohol.
- Bottling spirits and preparing them for distribution.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality control standards.
- Troubleshoot any equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking materials required for distillation.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in distillation or in a related role within the alcohol production industry preferred but not necessary.
- Basic knowledge of distillation equipment and processes.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and solve problems on the fly.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
- Must be able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
