We are currently looking for an enthusiastic motivated leader to take on the role of _**Tim Horton**_ **_Restaurant Manager_ in Orillia** - **Why you should apply**:_ - We offer a competitive salary with performance incentives and extended health benefits - You have a passion for coaching and mentoring and are comfortable delegating tasks - You enjoy leading a diverse team in a fast paced environment - You demonstrate a passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences - You pride yourself on building relationships with guests and your team - You have strong operational experience and strive to meet performance targets **_People Management_**: - Accountable for recruiting, training and development of new and existing team members - Motivating and encouraging teams to achieve operating targets - Identify and develop high potential team members for progression to next level - Sets daily goals for each shift - Ensures ' Open door Policy ' for all team members - Has excellent communication skills and ensures ongoing communication with all shifts - Provides regular and open communication with Operations manager and Restaurant owner. - Responsible for restaurant compliance with all applicable legislation - Ensures the highest of standards are maintained in delivering the " Guest experience" - Implements and ensures adherence to company policies and procedures - **Job Requirements** _: - Manages the daily operations, settings goals and achieving targets within specifically defined operating standards. These standards are the established norms in areas of food safety, speed of service, restaurant cleanliness and product quality. - Scheduling and coordination of staff schedules, cross training staff at the various work stations, setting clear expectations for job performance - Lead the team, ensuring proper staff levels to meet seasonal business fluctuations - Recruiting ,hiring, training, coaching, problem resolution - addressing concerns as they arise - Maintain and demonstrate professionalism, positivity and moral integrity - Other responsibilities as required to meet the needs of the business - **Job Qualifications**_: - 3-5 years quick service restaurant leadership experience at the unit manager level. - College or university an asset - Computer proficiency - Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks quickly - A smile - Guest facing service skills with a genuine interest in guest satisfaction - Ability to calmly diffuse situations - Excellent verbal and written skills - Ability to work a flexible schedule around the needs of the business, including working evenings and weekends as required. - Must have reliable transportation **Salary**: From $48,500.00 per year Additional pay: - Bonus pay **Benefits**: - Dental care - Discounted or free food - Extended health care - Flexible schedule - Life insurance - On-site parking - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Every Weekend - Holidays - Overtime - Weekend availability
