- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent to the organization.
