**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assess customer needs and provide accurate information regarding vehicle repairs and services.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to explain technical issues clearly to customers.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining financial integrity.
- Promote dealership services through effective upselling techniques, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Schedule service appointments and manage customer follow-ups to ensure timely service delivery.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and repair of vehicles.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service agreements, and vehicle history.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of automotive repair processes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven sales experience with an aptitude for upselling services effectively.
- Cash handling experience is essential for managing transactions accurately.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
