Committed to providing exceptional customer service and expertise in the tobacco industry, we are currently seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Salesperson.

**Job Description**:
As a Salesperson at M.S Varietes, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their tobacco-related needs and providing expert product knowledge and recommendations. Your duties will include:
Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

Assisting customers in selecting tobacco products and accessories based on their preferences and needs

Providing accurate information about various tobacco products, including cigars, cigarettes, pipes, and vaping supplies

Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems

Handling cash, credit, and debit card payments in accordance with company policies

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store, including restocking shelves and displays

Ensuring compliance with age verification and tobacco sales regulations

Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally

**Requirements**:
Previous retail sales experience, particularly in a tobacco or smoke shop, is preferred

Strong knowledge of tobacco products and accessories, including brands, varieties, and usage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Knowledge of age verification and tobacco sales regulations is an asset

**Salary**: $17.25-$20.87 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
