**Job description**

Pharmacie Campus Pharmacy, is located at 100 Marie Curie Private (corner of King Edward and Somerset East, Ottawa, Ontario phone number 613 563 4000 is looking for two part-time or one full-time Pharmacy Technical Assistant to complete its team.

We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m..

The posted rate of pay is only a baseline rate, the actual rate of pay, **depending on experience ,** will be discusses at the interview.

For OCP registered technicians ,the annual registration fee will be paid **after** **one full year** of employment

Schedule will be, **start at 8.30am** and finish at 3.30pm

Greet patients in a professional and caring manner.

Respect the legal limits of intervention with patients and confidentiality.

Collect relevant information from the patient. Create new customer profiles on the computer and update them. Pack the prescriptions by counting the pills, sticking the labels on the vials and affixing the appropriate precautionary stickers.

Define merchandise needs and support the person responsible for orders.

Place the products in the appropriate places and ensure a rotation of the drugs according to the expiry dates and according to an established protocol.

Participate closely in the management of patients in pill boxes.

Support in the development of new clinical services. Technical assistance or Pharmacy Technical diploma in pharmacy, is an asset.

Minimum 2 year of experience as a Pharmacy assistant or Technician

**This is a permanent position, **previous experience working in Pharmacies will be an asset
