**Position Overview**:
We’re currently seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented **Project Manager** to join our team. This position is open to experienced Project Managers **as well as senior foremen** with a background in **mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, or piping)** who are ready to transition into an office-based leadership role.

As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of assigned projects — from planning and coordination to execution and closeout — helping us maintain our high standards for service and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage mechanical projects (HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, and/or piping) from pre-construction to closeout
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to review project scopes, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with site supervisors and foremen to ensure successful project delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors
- Monitor schedules, progress, and budgets, and proactively address any issues
- Oversee procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Process and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Conduct site visits and maintain open communication between office and field teams
- Lead or support project meetings and foster team collaboration

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction (HVAC, plumbing, **sheet metal**, or piping)
- Previous experience as a Project Manager is an asset
- **Senior foremen** with strong leadership and coordination skills are encouraged to apply
- Solid understanding of mechanical drawings, specs, and construction documents
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction project management software
- Organized, driven, and committed to safety and quality workmanship
