MR MIKES SteakhouseCasual is committed to creating a casual dining experience with attentive service and “mike-sized” meals for our guests. As a server at MRMIKES Steakhouse Casual, you will play a key role in providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and entering them into the POS system.
- Delivering food and beverages to guests promptly.
- Ensuring guests have everything they need and addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including tables and service stations.
- Processing payments and providing accurate change.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Upholding MR MIKES standards of service and hospitality.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Serving it right certification is required.
