**Key Responsibilities**:
- Complete annual Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions accounting in accordance with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, SBTi Net Zero, or other standards identified.
- Support drafting of annual emissions' report and development of decarbonization plans.
- Assist in data gathering and analysis for SBTi target-setting.
- Prioritize initiatives and collaborate with internal and external marketing resources to complete in-line with marketing strategic priorities and implementation plans.
- Supervise key performance indicators for emissions reduction activities.
- Manage relationships with regional champions to support emissions reduction and environmental stewardship activities.
- Facilitate problem-solving with senior management, including procurement, finance and property managers, as well as other key internal stakeholders, to resolve challenges to data collection and decarbonization activities.
- Promote and engage with internal sustainability groups, such as green teams and HSE committees.
- Develop strategies and communications on decarbonizations targets and activities for company-wide employee engagement.
- Collect information and provide analysis for annual ESG Report and TCFD reporting.
**Experience and knowledge**
- Minimum five years’ experience with GHG emissions accounting in leased property arrangements and/or global company structures.
- GHG emissions auditing experience and/or the ability to detect irregularities in large data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including programming macros.
- Understanding of SBTi and TCFD.
- Experience in crafting and presenting climate action/GHG reduction plans and initiatives.
- Experience in the implementation of successful change management strategies.
- Tertiary degree in environment, sustainability, accounting or related field. Tertiary studies (ongoing or incomplete) with equivalent job experience (minimum 4 years) may also be considered.
