Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise all financial activities, including payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage to maintain accurate financial records
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis
- Conduct detailed account analysis and present findings to senior management

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Excel
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and account analysis
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
