**Reports to**: Atlas Building Systems - Wall Line Operations Manager

Atlas Building Systems, located in Nanaimo, BC, provides design services, engineered wood products, and manufactures roof trusses, floor trusses, and pre-fabricated wall panels for contractors, builders, and homeowners.

The Production Labourer will assist with the assembly of pre-fabricated wall panels, including selecting lumber, product assembly, and banding for shipment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Red Seal Carpenter certification (required)**
- Minimum Grade 10 education or equivalent
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience with framing, construction, and use of air/power tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with repetitive tasks
- Ability to learn quickly, take direction, and work collaboratively
- Fluency in English (spoken, reading, and written)

Experience in construction, manufacturing, or multi-site organizations is an asset.
