- Daily interface with external customers, Xerox Warehouse, Sales, Analysts, Admin, Riggers and others in the Customer Delivery value stream to ensure level of service targets are being met/exceeded
- Receive and manage equipment inventory; including asset optimization
- Effective management of Install and Removal backlogs; including completion of fault free installs and removals
- Act as a Delivery Champion for specific sales teams
- responsiveness and a keen sense of urgency enabling smooth delivery experiences for the end customers.
- Clear outstanding of system delivery issues (SNI, returned not cancelled, error registers, cancelled re-installable, etc.)
- Timely response to submitted requests, i.e., personal/shared mailbox requests. Take ownership and retain until completion
- Actively seek out opportunities to work more efficiently and effectively to accelerate, escalate and sustain results

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS / QUALITIES WE LOOK FOR**:

- A minimum of 1 years’ experience within a fast paced office environment (customer service and Delivery preferred)
- French and English(required)
- Proven track record in meeting targets and SLA’s
- Computer / systems literacy knowledge a requirement (Excel, IMS, Focus/TSO)
- Demonstrate a customer focused orientation

- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in high pressure situations
- Critical thinking / Problem-solving
- Excellent organization skills and keen attention to details
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a sense of urgency
- Good Communicator, written and verbal
- Adaptability

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

- Moncton, NB E1C 5H7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
