**Position Summary**
As our **Staging Operations Supervisor**, you’ll be at the heart of our staging magic, overseeing everything from the planning stages to the big reveal. You’ll be a key player, working closely with our principal to make sure each project is delivered on time, beautifully executed, and leaves clients thrilled.
In this role, you’ll get to wear a few hats - guiding the team, coordinating resources, and keeping our standards high in both quality and client satisfaction. You’ll need to be flexible with your hours to accommodate the dynamic nature of the industry and ensure we meet project deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the principal, real estate agents, homeowners, and team members to to develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines that align staging strategies with marketing objectives and client goals.
- Measure properties, create detailed layouts, and develop, design, and implement staging strategies to ensure each home is styled to enhance appeal and maximize value.
- Create and manage detailed staging schedules, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Conduct client walk-throughs to discuss design layouts and project details.
- Oversee logistics for packing, loading, and delivery of staging materials.
- Manage on-site setup, styling, and quality control to create market-ready spaces.
- Lead and mentor staging team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
- Coordinate after-sales services, including renewals and pick-up arrangements.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to gather client feedback and improve future operations.
- Utilize hands-on skills to handle quick fixes or adjustments on-site as needed.
- Embrace a flexible approach, adapting between planning, coordinating, leading, and hands-on work.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Project Management, Business, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in staging operations, project supervision, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of staging materials, furniture logistics, and space optimization.
- Familiarity with measuring properties and drawing layouts to scale.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High level of professionalism and exceptional communication skills.
