**Responsibilities and Duties**

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- With the help of the Director of Client Experience, help with all client deliverables, business processes and customer experience;
- Help create insurance underwriting deliverables;
- Help administer life insurance policies on behalf of our clients, as assigned;
- Help maintain all paper and electronic files;
- Help coordinate meetings and conference calls with clients and clients’ advisors as assigned;
- Help manage the financial reporting requirements of the firm.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Post-secondary education;
- Organized and detail oriented;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Able to work independently and driven to deliver results;
and required to be in the office.

**Experience**
- 5+ years of experience in a business process or client service environment;
- 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products;
- Quickbooks experience not required, but is an asset;
- Financial Services or Life Insurance experience not required, but is an asset.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
